The late 2000s to early 2010s were the years of the indie sleaze. The indie sleaze girl was grungy, her makeup was smeared, her clothes were promiscuous and probably ripped. All she knew was partying, spending money, and looking hot. She makes her return in “Filthy Rich” for SCAD Manor.
